Great cottage , lovely interior , friendly and efficient host
Curlew Cottage is set in a fabulous location to explore all the local attractions. The cottage itself is perfect and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, including a lovely warm hot tub to enjoy at the end of the day. Hosts Mike & Jayne couldn’t be more welcoming and helpful. The alpacas, Tom, **** & Harry, provided much entertainment for our little granddaughter! We all had a fantastic time & wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
Curlew Cottage had everything we could ask for. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were very comfortable, all we needed was thoughtfully included. The five star rating is well deserved. Thank you both for everything.

Great cottage. Beautiful decor, clean, welcoming, fantastic setting and the beds are really comfy. My grandson particularly liked the Alpacas and of course getting in the hot tub, which is a great bonus after a day out. We had a lovely time and hope to return one day.
The cottage was lovely and had a very homely feel. The owners were very welcoming and took time to show us around the property and give good local knowledge. It was a great place to stay.

Beautiful cottage and location, everything has been thought of. The welcome hamper is one of the best we have had. We will definatly be visiting again. Throughly enjoyed our stay.
Curlew cottage was a wonderful holiday cottage with the added benefit of a hot tub. The house was very comfortable and the owners were most welcoming. There are so few such lovely properties to rent in that part of Cheshire and we were not disapointed by Curlew Cottage. We would very much like to return.

As all restrictions have been lifted across the United Kingdom, you are no longer legally required to self-isolate upon a positive Covid-19 result. You won’t be asked to take daily tests or isolate following contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19. This means, if you would like to modify or cancel your booking due to Covid-19, our normal terms and conditions now apply.
If the restrictions are reintroduced and you are forced to cancel your holiday due to legal restrictions, please be rest assured that we will help you to move your booking within the same property, offer a voucher to be used within the same property within a year or cancel your booking in this instance and we will refund you the price you paid in full.
If you are concerned about the potential impact of Covid-19 on your holiday plans, outside of legal restrictions, we strongly advise you to seek out travel insurance which covers you in these and other eventualities.
