Stunning location and lovely housekeeper. Property in excellent order and very comfortable.

Eine phantastische Unterkunft an einem umwerfenden Ort. Hier muss man gewesen sein. Wir waren nur drei Tage dort. Zu kurz. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und bietet alle Möglichkeiten einer Luxusferienwohnung, die man sich denken kann. Der Blick von dort ist nicht zu toppen. Das Auto parkt vor der Tür und Wanderungen in der Nähe sind möglich.

Good position nice sunsets

Fabulous from the moment Diana took us in and showed us around. We weren’t expecting to have good weather all the time, and indeed even on sunny days, the cold wind was a bit challenging for coastal walks, but to return to the cosy Argus cottage each day, was sheer pleasure. It’s kept spotlessly clean by Diana, and so well equipped and decorated too, which we really appreciated.

Wonderful location for walking. Very well appointed and beautifully clean. we expect high standards from Rural Retreats and the cottage lived up to expectations in every way with someone to greet us on arrival. Lots of places to visit in close proximity.

Location is unique and outstanding. Very spacious and high quality accommodation. Good and friendly caretaking service from Diana. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Slight problem with woodlice seeking shelter in the accommodation, but in no way did this detract from a wonderful stay.

Accommodation in fantastic location and was absolutely pristine throughout. It was also tastefully furnished and very comfortable. You can walk into Pendeen with 2 pubs & a cafe that does tapas 2 evenings a week. Lots of things to see & do in the area. Would highly recommend.

The standard of accommodation is excellent. It’s our 10th visit to this property.

The location is magnificent - sea views to die for. Cottage itself wonderfully looked after by housekeeper but someone needs to fix issue with boiler! Flue outlet needs to be properly protected from onshore winds. Lack of heat & hot water a problem if temps drop. Despite that, we’ll definitely return.

The stay was amazing Dianna was perfect host and made us very welcome ! Place was clean and tidy with plenty of space and beautiful views !! only down side couldn’t leave the dog for a hour or so to go shopping or a meal out even though we brought a cage for her so couldn’t case any trouble which left us restricted. But overall 10/10
