Great location, gardens are very impressive. Welcome gifts were extremely generous and much appreciated. Huge fireplace in lounge area left us feeling sorry it wasn't cold enough to light the wood burner. Well equipped kitchen, we cooked several meals and didn't struggle at all, kitchen could maybe do with an update but overall a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Very spacious and well appointed cottage . Very peaceful next to beautiful gardens. Close to the lizard and the fantastic beaches of Kynance, church cove and poldhu. A really happy place!

Spring water burn is a cosy cottage in a beautiful garden. Absolutely quiet, peaceful and with a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed the welcome basket (especially the really good lemon cake). We recommend it.

Drain sort of smell in the bedroom and bathroom. Beds not very static on the uneven floorboards. Toilet flush not very effective. Lots of flies in the hot weather, you couldn’t open windows or doors as a result. No pads on sun loungers. We’ve been coming here for a few years, doesn’t seem to have been decorated for a while...needs some tlc! That’s the bad stuff, otherwise it is an idyllic setting.

Not up to the standard of other 5star we have been to with you.Some of the cottage info was incorrect and misleading.Lighting in kitchen was poor. Toilet flush was awful.This was reported at the time,but the handyman did not improve the situation,and nobody came back to check.

The cottage was perfect, the peace and quiet calming. Lemon drizzle cake and homemade marmalade very tasty thank you. Disappointed we had to drive to eat out but that wasn't the fault of Bonython Estate. Loved wandering the gardens.

Wonderful stay, beautiful property with lovely grounds. Perfectly placed to explore all that Cornwall has to offer.

The cottage was generally very good but having the bath in the bedroom caused the room to have a damp feel

Location is stunning. Accommodation too. Welcome pack and all kitchen necessities available. Clean, homely. Love you the free use of the gardens once they're shut to the public. Love it.

A very nice property with excellent facilities. It's location within this estate and with access to the beautifully maintained and laid out Gardens is quite spectacular.
