Fantastic stay as always in this gorgeous and cozy cottage. Special thank you this year to Kevin from Cotswolds Holiday Clean, who was very kind and quick when we had a problem in the cottage, we really appreciate how quick and smooth communication is with rural retreats, the house keepers and the owner. We will continue to come back for many years to come!

Foxtail is the best cottage that we have ever stayed in ! This was our 3rd visit for a one week stay. Foxtail has everything you need over it’s 3 floors; view, great kitchen, great shower, quiet, comfortable and in a beautiful town with a corner store and cafe. The open fireplace does tend to smoke a lot and needs an insert or hood.

Great location, very nicely presented cottage - three floors took a little getting used to, the two of us just tended to use lower ground and top floor. Garden room was lovely - could do with a few blinds on the windows especially if you want to watch the telly.

Beautifully appointed cottage in an ideal location.

What a fabulous cottage! We loved everything about it. Great kitchen with all the utensils we needed for our Sunday Roast. Comfortable bed and stunning to look out on the rolling hills. Village was great - we ate in local pub and went on lovely walks. Definitely be back x

An enjoyable break in a good cottage but parking was an issue on some occasions..

Lovely cosy cottage in a beautiful Cotswold's village, perfect location for exploring the surrounding area. Lovely walks on your doorstep, absolutely loved the garden room with stunning views.

Such a beautifully appointed, tastefully kitted out, charming property in a very accessible but uncrowded part of the Cotswolds. The village of Blockley is delightful and within easy access of many beautiful destinations. Thank you for the very generous welcome pack which set the tone for a very comfortable and restorative break.

We love the cottage it’s so cosy and well appointed and also very well kept. We’ll be back for a third visit I hope.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely cottage. We loved the layout especially the kitchen with the Aga as we have one at home. Slightly conflicting info re Aga instructions & page 7 missing from information booklet. We would love to re-visit.
