A delightful cottage ,everything very new and well planned, a perfect place to return to after exploring the surrounding area and having a delicious meal at The Star.

Kirby Cottage is a lovely place to stay in the peaceful countryside of Harome, near Helmsley. We received a warm welcome with excellent hamper plus essentials. It is spacious with a well equipped kitchen and very comfortable which made it a pleasure to return to after days out. Highly recommend Kirby Cottage.

A very well-kept cottage, tastefully snd thoughtfully equipped. It’s in a perfect location for lovely walks and fabulous eateries in easy walking distance. The welcome hamper was amazing with some lovely homemade treats, and we were welcomed with warmth and lots of useful local info.

Fabulous accommodation and made to feel very welcome. Peaceful and relaxing with plenty to do in the surrounding area. There were many excellent eateries in York and Helmsley. The perfect break for us.

A comfortable, clean and well appointed cottage in the middle of the lovely, quiet village of Harome. An excellent base for walking and exploring North Yorkshire. Plenty of local places to visit without having to travel too far.

Lovely home from home cottage ideally located for exploring the Yorkshire dales and beyond. Well equipped with everything you’d need for a break away from home. Host was lovely giving us information about the local area so as to make the most of our stay there. Would definitely return.

Beautifully clean, well laid out. Alison very accommodating. Worth the trip for Alison's shortbread! The welcome basket was the best we've received.
