Beautiful cottage Unfortunately we had no water for 24hrs due to an ongoing mains water issue but it was resolved as quickly and safely as possible.

Lovely comfy cottage with good facilities. A bit hard to find at first. Great hamper. The TV was hit and miss.

Charming cottage, well equipped, immaculately clean. Totally quiet & peaceful. Spectacular views of the countryside. The track up to the cottage, through beautiful hill scenery, was 17 mins drive (single track, bumpy). My low car was not ideal. Welcome hamper excellent. It did say remote and it certainly is. My friends & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay away from the rat race!! Thank you.

This was a lovely spot and particularly good for the dogs. The cottage was lovely, tranquil and generally well equipped , apart from insufficient wine glasses. The welcome pack was lovely local produce. A great area for touring , not far to Conwy. The single track which is quite lengthy is useful for Practising reversing. .

Excellent property generally although a few shortcomings. Serious lack of hanging space for second bedroom and very limited work surfaces in kitchen for preparing even simple meals. But quality otherwise very good and location wonderful providing you don't mind 1.5 miles of exceptionally narrow approach road with few passing places!

Wonderful house with massive fireplaces and comfy sofas and beds. Beautiful location - super quiet and lovely views. I would highly recommend this for a family holiday or couples/friends retreat.

Good location and cottage. Only minor reservation was that the sofas were a bit tired, but still comfortable. A greater supply of wine glasses over tumblers would have been useful.

We loved the cottage.... well equipped & generous accommodation. It’s a great bonus to stay on this lovely estate, there really are miles of paths for you to explore. The cottage is gloriously remote.... the flip side to that is a long & narrow access down single lane roads/tracks. We were happy with this but something to consider if you’re not keen on reversing!

Beautiful isolated rural location and very well equipped house.

Location extraordinary, cottage so comfortable - staff so helpful and nice. BUT - and we have said this before - the hamper is pretty but hopeless - just not up to standard - we needed coffee not a sachet of it - and orange juice not apple - and then there were not enough dishwashing and washing capsules or liquid - RR really needs a checklist set up at each cottage as we have suggested before.

We were very pleased with the accommodation and the housekeeper was very helpful when we needed it.

Have visited before and only problem was poor internet access and tv which made looking up things tricky

Gorgeous cottage,just one tiny thing the beds in the twin room were a bit springy....pocket sprung would be better quality. Magical cal setting loved it...thank you

Excellent cottage, immaculate inside. Outside brick path was very slippery when wet and the satellite dish fixed low on a tree trunk was dangerous.

Would have been excellent but WiFi not working for two days
